About SetShift

It is maths, not advice

SetShift works out which days fall on which part of your pattern. It does not know your employer's rules, award, roster changes or leave policy. Check your official roster before booking leave, travel or anything that costs money.

Where your roster is kept

• Your pattern, dates and swaps live in the page link. Nothing about your roster is stored on our servers.
• The browser also remembers your last roster on this device so it is there when you come back. This stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
• To open your roster on another phone or browser, copy the link or save the .ics file.

Email sign-up

Four of the tools open when you enter your email. Your email goes to Kit, our email service, and is used to tell you when the tools change. Opening a page with the sign-up form loads a script from Kit. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Visitor counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Cloudflare describes it as privacy-first. We add no advertising trackers of our own.

How it was made

Built with AI assistance. The date maths is checked by automated tests.
